yo...if you're free tomorrow...or any saturday or sunday in the next two weekends, try and get a crew from kitsap to come over to the colonnade for at least one build party. I know it seems liek I'm begging you, but really i am. we have 2.5 weeks til the opening and have had almost no volunteers for the last few weeks. any and all help would be appreciated. even if it's schoemaker and chris. lol.

It would be fun to go up there specifically to see the competitions, but i'd never go there to ride at that time. too much traffic, too big of a line to get on the lift, all hotels would be sold out, and things get stolen too easily

Yeah - I managed to get days off work for Air DH tomorrow, Best Trick and the Slopestyle on Sat. I am hoping to fit in some riding tomorrow morning too because conditions are going to be perfect!

Hi! I don't know the exact dimensions of the foam pit but it's some 4 metres wide, 8 metres long and about 1,8 metres deep. Actually there is some other filling on the ground and the foam begins some half a metre above the ground.

I landed the 6 footer and didn't even have to brake since i was sliding so damn bad...loll. so who is this?

allmost... the medium drop was taken out, hopefully to be replaced by a fun bowl-type stepdown like they have in the boneyard, only without the jump into it. the larger two still need to wait because the big berms in the landing need to harden a lot more before they get any real traffic, but the smaller two are open. whoopy, a two foot drop!

We don't take pictures while we ride as it is annoying to stop and start. It is also dangerous as you have people littered all over the trail. Therefore, we don't do it.

The highest is Garbanzo lift. The gondola keeps going past Garbanzo, but you can't go higher than the mid drop off on the gondola because the highest trails start at the top of Garbanzo.

Maybe it has just never been open when I've been there. I have never seen the gondola running or taking up bikers but that's cool if it does.

I don't know how you rode the gondola for biking. Fitzsimmons and Garbanzo are the only chairs that carry bikes at Whistler.

All the chairs aren't open for bikers. The gondola carries skiers and snowboarders for summer riding. Fitzsimmons and Garbanzo chairs carry bike riders.
